Writing well is up there with speaking eloquently. This form of communication though is usually sidelined, perhaps because writing has been watered down to the status of a medium of data exchange. Maybe this book was written for 'writers', but it is really useful for everyone who shares ideas, persuades people and resolves conflicts with the written word. One of the few books I have read with a dash of snark. Made it fun to read.
